Chancellor’s Regulation A-831 and A-832
It is vital to protect all students from harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, intimidation, cyberbullying and discrimination.
No student shall be subjected to harassment, sexual harassment, intimidation or bullying by another student in school, during school hours, before and after school, while on school property, at school sponsored events or at a school function; nor shall any student be subjected to discrimination by another student based on a person's actual or perceived race, color, creed, weight, national origin, ethnicity, citizenship/immigration status, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression.
“Harassment" and “bullying" means the creation of a hostile environment by conduct or by verbal threats, intimidation or abuse, including cyberbullying.
